What are your hours? Will you do appointments in the evenings or on the weekends?

Our hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We at Ganser Company believe it is important for our employees to spend the evenings and weekends with their families, therefore we do not schedule appointments in the late evenings or on the weekends.

Can I just get a price over the phone?

Since there are so many variables that go into determining the price of re-roofing or re-siding your home, we will not offer any type of estimate without visiting your home first. A phone estimate would be neither accurate nor helpful.

I need an estimate for a repair. Can you do that?

No, estimates are not given for repairs; estimates are only given for homes that need re-roofing or re-siding. All of our repairs are completed on a time and materials basis.

Do you charge for estimates?

Estimates are FREE.

I want Ganser to re-roof my home, but I don't know what color shingles I want. Can you give me some addresses of homes that you have re-roofed in the past?

We will be happy to provide you with the addresses of homes that we have re-roofed or re-sided. Call our office and our administrative assistant will provide you with the addresses.

Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

Will you clean the leaves or snow off my roof or out of my gutters?

Yes, we will clean leaves or snow off your roof or out of your gutters. It will be treated as a repair and billed on a time and materials basis.

Do I have to be there when someone does the estimate? If so, why?

Yes, we feel it is very important for you to meet with our estimator. As you know, re-roofing or re-siding your home is a large investment not to be taken lightly. We ask you to meet with our estimators because we want you to be sure that you are comfortable entrusting us with the responsibility of making your family's home more secure.

Are you hiring?

We are always accepting applications for qualified roofers, siders, and window installers. You must have a driver's license and be able to pass a drug test. Stop in our office Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and fill out an application.
