My wife and I want to thank you for the fine work your company did this summer when replacing our damaged roof. What started out as a relatively small project snowballed due to a vendor’s error in the materials delivered to our site. However, Jim did the right thing. Without any hesitation, he arranged for the materials to be replaced and the work completely redone correctly. He also attended to several cosmetic details at the end of the project until we were 100% satisfied. As a result, you now have another loyal customer with a good story to tell. As far as we're concerned, there's only one roofer in the Madison area, and that's Ganser. In addition to Jim who managed the project, the fellows who worked on the job were outstanding. Unfortunately, we don’t remember all of their names, but Chase, Mark, and Martin come to mind. Thank you.

Just a quick note to thank you for the reference. While, as I assume you know, they are not the cheapest in the market, everything about them was very professional. I very much appreciate your willingness to help me with such references.

You took the time necessary to walk around with me pointing out things that the previous roofer did not do correctly, and telling me what Ganser would do to correct that, as well as letting me know how Ganser would do things differently.

Your book, with pictures of other roofing jobs that point out various how’s and what’s, really helped us understand exactly what Ganser was going to do.

The crew leader on our roofing project, Joseph, was very helpful and informative. He took the extra time to show me the proper way to walk on a roof without creating what he referred to as shingle smear. He pointed out several things he thought should be done, and we took his advice. I was very impressed with his attention to detail.

Your people found a potential problem on our roof the previous roofer overlooked, and as a result, recommended to us and then installed a flat roof membrane on a section of the roof and the side of the house to prevent future ice damage. I’m grateful this problem was identified and the change made to prevent a future problem.

We also had Ganser install the optional gutter guards. Now that fall is here and the leaves are falling, we are glad we went with this option to eliminate the continuous need to clean our gutters. (When you come up with an automatic raking and bagging system we would like to hear about it).

The quote you gave us spelled out in detail what would be done to re-roof our home. It was comforting to have it all spelled out in writing.

A co-worker here at work was in need of a new roof on his house and asked me who did ours. I told him how happy we were with the job your company did for us and that you definitely get what you pay for, and I highly recommended Ganser for him to consider. He did and he had you re-roof his home as well.
